1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

We provide laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, and pickup & delivery in Bangalore.

3. Pickup & Delivery

Accurate address and availability required. Missed pickups may cause rescheduling fees.

4. Payments

Prices are in INR. Payments accepted via UPI, cash, or card. Prices may vary per item.

5. Damages & Liability

Liability is limited to 5x service value. We’re not responsible for color fading or items in pockets.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Check clothes before handing over
Remove any valuables
Collect orders on time to avoid storage fees

7. Governing Law

This agreement follows Indian law and the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
